Benefit from the Rénoclimat grant!

Did you know that our insulation work is eligible for the Quebec grant Rénoclimat?

This program is designed to encourage Quebecers to improve the energy performance of their homes.

Make sure you meet these two main criteria in order to benefit :

  • Ownership (individual or business)
    • House ;
    • Duplex ;
    • Triplex ;
    • Apartment building with a maximum of three floors and a maximum floor area of 600 m2.

Complete the blower door test during a visit by a Rénoclimat evaluation consultant.

In short, here are the steps to follow :

Step 2 : Energy evaluation before insulation work
Visit of a advisorRénoclimat.

Step 3 : Get to work,Foratech!
Let our team carry out the work recommended by the evaluation consultant.

Step 4 : Energy evaluation after work
Fill out the apppointment requestform again in order to proceedwith a 2ndvisit by an evaluation consultant.

Step 5 : Kaching!
Receive your check 10 to 12 weeks after the evaluation of your insulation work!

FILL IN THE FORM

How much can you save?

Insulation of the roof, exterior walls, foundation and exposed floors is covered by the grant. Rénoclimat.

Roof (attic, ceiling, cathedral, flat roof)

At least 20% of the surface must be covered by the work in order to benefit from financial assistance. You could receive between 35$ and 975$ in financial assistance.

Exterior walls

At least 20% of the surface area must be covered by the work (not including shared walls) in order to receive financial assistance. You could receive between 295$ and 2440$.

Foundations

At least 20% of the surface area must be covered by the work (not including party walls) in order to receive financial assistance. Foundations with a basement You could receive between 165$ and 1625$ in financial assistance for the insulation of basement foundation walls. You could receive 165$ in financial assistance for the insulation and sealing of the basement header joist.

Foundations with crawl space

You could receive between 130$ and 1300$ in financial assistance for the insulation of the exterior walls and the edge joists of the crawl space. You could receive 325$ in financial assistance for the complete insulation of the floor above the crawl space.

Exposed floor (located above an unheated space)

You could receive 245$ in financial assistance.

Don’t worry!
