The Government of Quebec’s Rénoclimat program encourages homeowners to carry out improvements aimed at increasing the energy efficiency of their homes.
Depending on the work completed and your eligibility, you may qualify for financial assistance.
WHO IS
ELIGIBLE?
You may be eligible if you own a:
- Single-family home;
- Duplex;
- Triplex;
- Residential building of three storeys or less, with a maximum floor area of 600 m².
The program also includes an energy evaluation carried out before and after the work.

- Roof insulation;
- Exterior walls;
- Foundations;
- Exposed floors.
The amount of financial assistance varies depending on the work completed and the program criteria.
